Top - Primark
Skirt- Topshop
Shoes - Primark
Feel like a oversized child/school girl in this attire but its beyond cute! I couldn't believe the absolute bargain I bagged with the top. Only £5 and its perfect for festival and the 70s trend! Which I love, I fall in love with the festival trend every year haha. The waist of this top is elasticated and felt really tight when I tired the size 8. I know what I'm like, I prefer comfort over everything so I tried the 10 and that was still really tight feeling. So I tried the size 12 but it was too big around the bust and was showing off the little ladies. So I decided to get the 10 and just stretch the elastic as much as I could which did ease it a little bit but still feels tight when I put it on. After wearing it to work I actually wish I bought the 8 because I don't even feel how tight the top is on my waist. It only feels tight when I first put it on and then nothing, not even any marks. Oh well! Still love it just feel a little loose on the bust.
When this skirt was released in Topshop EVERYONEEEE bought it. Which always puts me off because I don't want to be like everyone else, however, I have also realised I should ignore those thoughts because at the end of the day, if I like it, I generally like and not because everyone else does. Its sooooooo cute! Button down, denim and a-line, oh babes. Again my usual Topshop dilemma with sizing, I think I mentioned before I found this skirt in an 8 fairly tight but the 10 was massive. So I settled for the 8 and its actually before comfortable which is great! I know most Topshop bottoms stretch but not all of them!
Hope you enjoy this outfit post :)

Top - Primark
Skirt - Ark Clothing
Shoes - Asos
Hat- Topshop
Bag - H&M
I have fallen so hard for tassels this year. I loved them last year but not as much as this year! I just recorded a Coachella inspired lookbook and every outfit had an item of tassel in it.
Again, I fall in love with this top when I saw it in Primark. Crochet and tassels in one? OH MYYY MYYY MYYYYYY and only for £8! HEAVEEEENNNN. I didn't buy it at first because I found the small quite baggy and there wasn't any XS, so I waited and waited and they came back! Snatched it up and I cannot wait to wear it to death haha. Its so lightweight and comfy.
I saw this skirt on an email from Ark Clothing as a two piece set. I really wanted a tassel/fringe skirt but I couldn't find some nice ones and I had set my heart to finding a nude one but so far no luck. 20% student discount is currently going on over at Ark Clothing so I thought I would give the suede sweetheart a go and I love it so much, still really really want a nude on because the idea of black in summer puts me off but its such a lovely fit and the suede doesn't make me cringe, if you know what I mean? its very subtle and obviously fake but I love it!
The H&M bag will be featured again next week on a post. I shot a few with it on but I felt like i had too much tassel, could there be such a thing? haha After seeing the pics on my laptop, I don't care about how much tassel there is 'too much is not enough' :P

Top - Topshop
Trousers - Topshop
Sunglasses - Topshop
Shoes - Primark
Necklace - Crystal Divide
What year would you say this outfit falls into? I kind of feel quite 70s but I don't know if thats simply because I am loving that trend at the moment.
I bought these trousers on last chance a while ago and I have never got around to blogging them. They look soooooo much better in person, the pictures just are not doing them justice. They are like a cigarette trouser but they are fairly high waisted and I can't pin point what the material is but its really clingy to the body which makes my bum look fabulous, so I just had to of course haha! They are really lightweight and super comfy!
I paired them up with my nude turtle neck, also really hard to capture on camera, to create the 'statement' trouser attire and then added some subtle accessories to build up the nude funnel neck.
Its a really soft, comfy and light weight OOTD and will be great for those gloomy summer days!

Skirt - Urban Outfitters sale
Shoes - Primark (recent)
Feeling like I am stuck for wardrobe inspiration again when I open the doors. There is barely anything in there that I actually like but I can't get rid of it because I don't have anything to replace it with... I am slowly sorting out taking the pics of items and putting them on DEPOP or Ebay but after spending 3hours and only shooting tops, skirts and a small pile of playsuits, I no longer have time for the rest! (knitwear, coats, jackets, shorts, trousers, crop tops) there is just so much and I still have to find time to upload them. BAH
Any-who, I still love this skirt and I have had so many compliments. I am currently swooning over the Topshop brown suede button front skirt but its a ridiculous £75. WHAT TEENAGER/YOUNG ADULT CAN AFFORD THAT, WHATTTTT. Now thats shit is cray'
I teamed this skirt up with some polka dots this time, quite a cute monochrome outfit. Still doesn't 100% feel like me though, I mean I am so confused about who 'me' is. All I know is that my dress sense definitely has a split personality, what it is however, I have no idea!! Well this is turning into quite a confession-like blog post haha.
These shoes are sooooooo cute! they are made of faux leather and certainly do hurt your feet. The first day I wore them I had to wear two medium plasters and one big one on top haha but I knew what to expect when I bought these from primark for a sweet £14. You can just tell by the hard back that the shoes isn't going to be fun breaking in, but I honestly don't care, they are so cute! No pain no gain :P

Shirt - Topshop
Corduroy A-line skirt - Urban Outfitters
Shoes - Topshop
Hat - Topshop
I was inspired by Dearestdeer the fashionblogger to get my hands on this cute little 70s style corduroy front button skirt! She posted a picture on her instagram wearing this skirt and the 70s pussy bow shirt you may have seen in the topshop picture adverts. I am defiantly getting my hands on the pussy bow shirt next! It was such an adorable look!
This skirt has gone into sale when I searched for it and it was all out of stock! Absolutely gutted. I began to search ebay and depop a few weeks later only to realise I should just do my typical trick, keep the page open on my phone and check it everyday. And what happened? Ta da! A size small came back in stock! (I thought I was going to need a medium as I thought Urban Outfitters clothes come up smaller but after talking to someone selling a M on depop I found out that she is the same size as me and M was to big) Of course I snapped up the skirt right away! This trick has never failed me. Even today I managed to get my hands on something I had been watching for 4 weeks! Magic aye! haha
I wasn't really sure how to style this skirt as I had my mind set on the pussy bow shirt. I did a little research into the 70s trend and decided to go with a plain white shirt. At first I felt I looked to plain, so I added a black bow hair clip to the top of the shirt, mimicking a bow tie but I didn't like that either. Then I tried changing the size of my hat to something bigger and floppy. At first I didn't like that either and switched back but when I looked at the pictures on my laptop I preferred the hat as it presented it self as a statement.
To finish the outfit I wore my pointed toe Topshop boots. These boots are so simple but so chic and very expensive! I would never spend as much on such a shoe but luckily for my I had 1 Topshop uniform piece left and bagged them for half price, they are real leather too which I rarely buy into because of the price, so I am extremely pleased I could treat myself to such an elegant pair of sweethearts.
